We had a brilliant night celebrating Ben and Helen’s wedding at the stunning Wood Hall in Wetherby.

Wood Hall is such a classy venue – big space, great acoustics, and always a good crowd.

First Dance – Live

Ben and Helen chose “Iris” Goo Goo Dolls for their first dance, and we performed it live in the exact version they wanted. Proper sing-along moment. One of those dances where the whole room goes quiet for the first verse… then gradually everyone joins in.

Evening Set Highlights

We mixed things up a bit for their crowd and made a few swaps to tailor the set:

  • Everybody Needs Somebody (instead of Higher & Higher)
  • Jailhouse Rock (instead of Sweet Soul Music)
  • Sweet Home Alabama (instead of Come and Get Your Love)
  • Naive – played live in the main set

“Naive” went down especially well – big hands-in-the-air energy.

After the live band set, we rolled straight into the DJ party to keep the dancefloor full through to the end of the night.

Huge congratulations to Ben and Helen – such a great crowd and a proper party at Wood Hall.
